The new version of BoB Assistant has been launched, certified for ATEX Zone 1 and 2, bringing a new level of safety and reliability to high-risk industries such as petrochemicals, chemical industry, and oil and gas.

Combining a robust design, advanced functionalities, and operation in explosive atmospheres, BoB Assistant® represents an optimal solution for digital monitoring and predictive maintenance in the most demanding working conditions.
It continuously monitors machine operation by measuring key operational parameters (vibrations, temperature) in real time. After a learning period, the device automatically detects deviations and immediately alerts the maintenance team—before a failure occurs. Data is transmitted via the LoRaWAN® network, either periodically or instantly in case of an alarm.

The device uses LoRaWAN Class A for stable and secure data transmission.
It has an autonomy of over 3.5 years, thanks to operating on a single battery.
It enables precise vibration measurement in ranges from 0 to 400 Hz (±3 Hz) and from 0 to 12.4 kHz (±100 Hz).
It also measures temperature in the range from -20°C to +55°C, with an accuracy of ±1°C.

The device offers unique functionalities that enable simple and intuitive use. Activation and deactivation are performed with a single button press, while the RGB LED indicator facilitates visual device pairing. Installation is extremely fast thanks to the magnetic holder that allows easy mounting on various equipment.
Additionally, QR code identification enables quick and precise device reading, further simplifying its use.
